• How secure is Credit Card payment online?

Our website is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, a powerful encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. Your credit card details are not stored on the Puzzle-it Pty Ltd website or the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that it is hosted on. Transactions are processed by a payment gateway authorised by the major Australian banks.

• What type of payment methods do you accept?

Online Purchase – we accept Bankcard, MasterCard & Visa Credit Cards.

Mail Order – we accept Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa Credit Cards, Cheques & money order. Please note that for Personal/Company cheque payments, cheque must be clear before goods can be despatched.

• What will my credit card statement show?

Your statement will report your purchase as from “Puzzle-it Pty Ltd”.

• Does your shopping cart works with Firefox browser ?

At this stage our secure website shopping cart does not support Firefox browser. It only supports Microsoft Internet Explorer.

• Do you accept orders outside Australia?

Currently, we only process and ship orders to Australia only. Customers outside Australia, please email us your interest in the mean time.

• Do you create customised puzzles for business and community organizations?

Yes, we can help create a photo puzzle design that best fits your promotional needs. Please contact us for special volume pricing and details.

• Do you offer Schools/Organisation special pricing for Fund Raising purposes?

Yes, we definitely do! Please forward us your details and we will provide you with the fund raising details.

• Do you require the photo to be as big as the jigsaw puzzle?

No. The photo you send us or upload onto the website will be digitally enlarged to fit the jigsaw puzzle size. We will maintain proportionality as the original photo is enlarged. Sometimes minimal cropping of the reproduced photograph will be necessary to match the size of the jigsaw. If this occurs, it will only be a few millimetres around the edge of the picture normally of the sky, foreground and other details. You will be advised prior to production, if the focus of the image on the photo will be affected.

• What if I have a picture that is copyrighted by someone else?

Refer to our Terms & Conditions for all copyright rights issues.

• What is the delivery lead-time?

You can reasonably expect to receive your goods around 5 to 10 working days, depending on your postal address in Australia.

If stock is unavailable due to any unforeseen circumstance after order is placed, you will be advised within 2 working days.

Goods will be delivered via Australian Regular Post or our contracted couriers FREE of charge.

• What if I need my puzzle order delivered to me in a hurry?

You can select to pay an extra $6 per puzzle for us to use Express Courier service on top of our free offer. Express Courier service will reduce your courier lead time. We usually process orders within 4 working days of receiving it.

• How do I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email advising you when your order leaves the warehouse.

• How will you ship my order?

Your order will be shipped in a colour gift box with a scaled down low-resolution photo image of the jigsaw puzzle on the box.

• What will happen to my Original Photo or electronic file after it has been processed?

If you supply us with an original photograph or digital images on CD Media, it will be returned together with the finished puzzle. As with the uploaded digital images for online purchase, there will be deleted from our system within 60 days after the goods have been shipped.

• Do you make Personalised Photo Jigsaw Puzzle size greater than 29 x 42cm 300pcs?

Currently, this is the biggest size available. For sizes greater than 29x42cm 300pcs, the production cost starts to get very expensive. Therefore making this option at this present time commercially unviable. A3 size photo frame will fit the 29x42cm puzzle perfectly and cost effective.

• Can you help add a caption on my photo?

Yes, we can help add a caption on the reproduced image such as "Happy 21st Birthday Sam!" etc. for a fee of $6. For this service, you need to place order via mail orders or email us the details to sales@puzzleme.com.au.

• Can I have a few photos made into 1 puzzle?

Yes, you can have up to 5 photos made into 1 puzzle. This option will be ideal for gift such as 18th / 21st Birthday where the puzzle may have photo of his/her at different ages. There will be a fee of $12 for this service. To have more than 5 photos, please let us know and we will work out a fee. For this service, you need to place order via mail orders or email us the details to sales@puzzleme.com.au.
