PuzzleMe is a registered trademark belonging to Puzzle-It Pty Ltd. All brands and names are trademarks of their respective companies. Prices are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive and subject to change without notice. Photo images used on our website are for illustration purposes only. E&OE.

By placing an order with Puzzle-it Pty Ltd you agree to the within terms and conditions.


1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights belong to the person who took the original photograph or created the original art work (“the material”).
2. Puzzle-it Pty Ltd CANNOT reproduce photographs from, books, magazines, brochures, registered trademarks, and websites or offensive material.
3. By submitting the material to be reproduced to Puzzle-it Pty Ltd, you warrant that you own the copyright and intellectual property therein or have permission from the copyright or intellectual property owner for reproduction of the material by Puzzle-it Pty Ltd and have the permission of the subject of the material (if the subject is a person(s)) for its reproduction as a jigsaw puzzle and you indemnify Puzzle-it Pty Ltd against any loss, action or claim it may incur as a consequence of reproduction of the material.
4. Whilst Puzzle-it Pty Ltd will use its best endeavours to return all submitted material to the customers, Puzzle-it Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to material submitted to it.
5. Sometimes minimal cropping of the reproduced photograph will be necessary to
match the size of the jigsaw. If this occurs, it will only be a few millimetres around the edge of the picture normally of the sky, foreground and other details. You will be advised prior to production, if the focus of the image on the photo will be affected.

Puzzle-it Pty Ltd shall not be held responsible or liable for any actions taken, either wholly or in part, for any loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from any transactions conducted with it or product supplied by it. Adult supervision may be required in the use of the products ordered from Puzzle-it Pty Ltd. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzle-it Pty Ltd DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO SUCH INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, as well as representations and warranties of title, non-infringement, freedom from computer viruses, worms, and other operating problems, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.

Refund Policy

Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return an unopened puzzle if you received the wrong item. We will credit your credit card for the cost of the return shipping and in exchange ship you the correct puzzle. We will only pay for ground shipping on the return via Australian Post Regular Service, and will not pay for any express shipping. To return a puzzle, you must e-mail us and obtain a return identification number. Returns without an identification number will not be accepted.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for refund based on incorrect, incompatible or unsuitable goods due to their unique nature.

Privacy and Security

We do not disclose personal information about any of its customers to any unrelated third party businesses. We do not sell, rent, lease, loan, trade or otherwise divulge the addresses on our lists to unrelated third parties or any unauthorised personnel.

Puzzle-it Pty Ltd takes security and privacy very seriously, and only uses e-commerce and internet products endorsed or recommended by the major banking and technology sector organizations.

Personal information, such as your name and e-mail addresses, is collected only to record and process your order, and keep you informed of new product releases and events.

Gift Vouchers

• Voucher will expire 6 Months from date of issue.
• Once the gift voucher has expired, we are unable to extend the expiry date under any circumstances.
• It is the gift voucher holder’s responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before the expiry date.
• Gift Voucher will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
• Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
• Gift Voucher is only redeemable for purchases on www.puzzleme.com.au shopping site.
• Goods purchased with this gift voucher may not be returned in exchange for cash.
• Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of gift vouchers (i.e. You can’t purchase a gift voucher with another gift voucher).
